Following a comprehensive round of pre-launch research and UX testing in early 2012, Designercity launched the new website for 'Market Place by Jasons', one of Hong Kong's leading prestige supermarkets. The new site, aimed at more affluent shoppers, reflects an active and growing trend towards e-Commerce in the territory. Technical innovations include a Persistent Header to keep special offers front of mind, Responsive Design, a Persistent Shopping Cart, Recipes with ingredients list on demand, a Personalised Shopping List, Association between Product Listing and Cart, and "Last Minute Saving" for promotional offers on selected items. The new site brings new standards of usability to grocery shopping in Hong Kong, and incorporates numerous innovations to add value to both the customer and client.
